Weekend Details

Check in will be Friday from 3:30–4:45 at ECC.  Enter through the NORTH ENTRANCE (parking on the backside of the church.) We plan to be back Sunday @ 2:00 p.m.

Please watch for any reminders on needed forms or payment.

Please email Callie if you|your student is not coming along on the buses Friday.  We need to know and we need to record who is attending and have all forms and payment by Friday.

If you/your student needs to leave early we also need to know that and know who is picking them up.

We ask that all students attending all weekend come down Friday and plan on the bus down and back.  Students coming should plan to participate in all the activities and remain on campus all weekend.

• Flashlight
• Sleeping Bag, Pillow & Blanket
• Outdoor Wear & Comfy Clothes
• Journal if desired
• Toiletries
• Cell phone may be brought but there will be times to use and times to turn off or turn in.
• Individual snacks permitted: all meals will be provided in dining hall any food allergies communicated will be accommodated for all meals.

• Pick Up at ECC 2:00 p.m. Sunday March 28.  You will receive a text confirmation or update if we have your cell phone information.
