GRADES 5-12

Encounter 56

GRADES 5-6

E56 meets weekly during weekend services and offers quarterly off campus socials as well as an annual weekend camp.

Go to calendar for upcoming events.

Following worship, children in 5th or 6th grade will exit through the door on the left side (facing the stage) of the auditorium where they will be guided to their specific classroom. Following the conclusion of the service, your child will be released to quietly find their parents.  5th and 6th Grade students do need to stop at a Check-In station for an ID tag but do not have to be picked up by a parent at the end of service.

The goal for all students in Encounter 56 is threefold - to encounter God, build strong relationships, and secure his or her identity as a child of God. During a normal class time, your child can expect to receive an encouraging and challenging message founded upon biblical principles, a hands-on activity, and a small group discussion time. To encourage daily devotional habits, your child will have the opportunity to work towards some awesome prizes by consistently completing their take-home devotional for the current series. In addition to our meetings during the weekend services at ECC, 5th and 6th grade students will also have the opportunity to take part in other fun events.
